COVID-19 Information



Here at the Rostay, we remain as committed as ever to the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff. The Rostay’s management and staff continue to monitor the effects of COVID-19 and the changing Federal and State guidelines to make sure that our guests are having both a safe and outstanding stay. While the Rostay’s staff has always been dedicated to providing the cleanest rooms possible, we have started the following new protocols to limit everyone’s exposure during these odd and difficult times:

  • Remote check-in process. You will be provided room instructions on the day of your arrival. As always, we are still here if you need anything during your stay!
  • Enhanced room sanitation using EPA/CDC approved products and cleaning guidance.
  • Leaving guest rooms vacant for a period of time following a guest’s stay to allow for deep cleaning and disinfecting.
  • No regular daily housekeeping services. Staff will not enter an occupied room unless there is an urgent situation. Fresh linens can be delivered to your door.

Given the size of the Rostay’s dining room and the number of guests interested in our world-famous breakfast, we will reluctantly not be open for dine in breakfast. BUT, DON’T DESPAIR, starting July 1st we are committed to providing our guests the Rostay experience and will be serving our guests warm, cooked to order breakfast right to your room.

As a special, we will be waiving the breakfast cost for all registered guests from July 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020, everyone will have breakfast included!
